Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These terms govern the relationship between you (the client) and NextVibe AI (Victor Fernandez, sole trader) when you purchase any service from this website. By completing a purchase via Stripe Checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these terms or a service engagement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

2. Services and pricing

NextVibe AI offers the following services:

Automation Rescue	£49	One broken or inefficient workflow diagnosed and fixed within 24 working hours. Full money-back guarantee if delivery does not occur within that window.
The 5-Day Workflow	£450	A complete automation workflow scoped, built, tested, and handed over within 5 working days. Includes one revision cycle.
AI Workflow Audit + Build	£2,500	A full audit of your current workflows, a prioritised automation roadmap, and build-out of the highest-value system. Payment split: 50% on signature, 50% on handover.

All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT. VAT will be applied if and when Victor Fernandez becomes VAT-registered. You will be notified of any applicable VAT before payment is taken.

3. How to purchase

Purchases are processed via Stripe Checkout. A contract is formed between you and NextVibe AI at the point your Stripe payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email from Stripe, and a follow-up email from Victor Fernandez within one working day of payment confirming the scope and start date.

For the AI Workflow Audit + Build service, a separate engagement letter covering the full scope will be issued before work begins. The 50% deposit secures your place; work starts on receipt of that deposit.

4. Delivery

Timelines stated for each service are working-day timelines (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). They begin from the point at which you have provided the information and access I need to start work. If you do not provide required information within 5 working days of purchase, the timeline resets from the point that information is received.

Deliverables are provided digitally: via email, shared document, or directly into your designated tool (e.g. Make.com scenario, Notion workspace). No physical goods are shipped.

5. Refund policy

Automation Rescue (£49)

Full refund if I do not deliver a diagnosis and fix within 24 working hours of receiving the information I need to start. No questions asked. To request a refund, email victor.fernandez@nextvibeai.com.

The 5-Day Workflow (£450)

If you cancel before I have started work, I will refund 100% of the fee. Once work has begun, refunds are not available. If delivery is materially delayed beyond the 5-day window due to my failure (not due to information not provided by you), I will offer a partial refund or credit at my discretion.

AI Workflow Audit + Build (£2,500)

The 50% deposit is non-refundable once the audit has begun. The remaining 50% is not taken until handover. If the project is cancelled after the audit and before the build, the deposit is forfeit; no further payment is due.

6. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you own the deliverables I create for you under these terms. I retain no licence to use, reproduce, or distribute those deliverables without your permission, except to describe the type of work I do in general terms for business development purposes (without identifying you).

Any third-party tools, platforms, or templates used in the build remain subject to their own licences.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, my total liability to you in connection with any service is limited to the fees paid for that service. I am not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Changes to services and pricing

Prices and service descriptions may change over time. The price and terms in force at the time of your purchase apply to that purchase. Future purchases are subject to the terms in force at that time.
