Why recruitment? Because a recruitment desk is full of work that follows the same shape every time. CV formatting. Compliance chasing. Interview scheduling. That sameness is what automation does well, and most small firms have nobody whose job is to build it. Cleaning firms and specialist practices carry the same shape, so I take that work too.
What I believe: the technology is the easy half. Choosing the right process to automate first is the hard half. So every engagement starts with an audit of the workflow, then one bounded build, then the maths on what it saved. Small, shipped, proven.
